Enjoy the homecoming parade that goes down Wolf Road to the high school, followed by the football game and then off to a local bar to toast how great we all look.
DETAILS for Friday if you want to be in the parade. We need to be at Cahoon Park (near where old ice skating pond was) around 5:30 p.m. for parade setup…Class of 62 will have our banner for 55th reunion. Alumni can ride on the hay wagon or walk. The way you do this is drive car to high school….and they have busses to take you up to Cahoon Park where the parade begins…then you end up at high school with your car after the game. They have fund raiser when you get to the high school - $5 hot dog with chips and soda. Game tickets are $7.00 and game starts at 7 p.m. Reserved section for alumni in the stands. After first quarter, the Hall of Fame ceremony. They will still have halftime with band and Rockettes. Game usually lasts until 9:30-9:45 p.m. If you want to just watch, then position yourself down by Lynn Manning’s old house on Wolf Road (just before you get to the new high school) and catch the parade as it turns into the high school.
Bar location for night-cap to be announced closer to Homecoming.
